AMPA is committed to helping young dancers take their artistry and technique to the next level. Our competitive dance teams provide a comprehensive program of professional training that teaches confidence, responsibility, and collaboration while they explore movements unique to each student's individual goals.

Pick from Recreation or Elite Level teams depending on where you want your dancer’s performance journey to go!

• Teams offered for ages 4.5  - 18
• No Audition Required
• Competes at the Novice to Intermediate levels based on skill
• 1.5  Hours per week class/rehearsal time per week
• Additional routine opportunities
• 2 Mandatory Regional Competitions

The AMPA Performance Team is a great way to test the waters of competitive dance.  It is also great for the dancer who loves to compete, but isn't able to invest the time required for the Elite Team.  

• Teams Offered for ages 5 - 18
• Audition Required
• Competes at the Advanced level
• Minimum 4 hours per week class /rehearsal (more hours based on age)
• Invited to receive additional routines
• Mandatory Convention Attendance (Varies annually)
• Mandatory Competition Attendance (Varies Annually)
• Mandatory Nationals Attendance ( bi-annually)
